Create a living styleguide

Description
Let's create a living styleguide for the GDI site. This will keep styles consistent in the long-run and will keep our code lean by eliminating redundancy.

To Do

• Refactor Sass into component-based partials according to atomic design and OOCSS guidelines Refactor Sass #382
• Implement KSS
• Publish styleguide as a module on NPM as a module. Open source FTW.
