ARM64 on Linux still supported?

Is ARM64 on Linux still supported? The readme seems to indicate that it is, but when I go to releases to get the path, I don't see an arm64 for linux -- I see amd64 for linux, and an arm one for osx (presumably apple silicon). What did I miss?

An alternative is to install dotnet runtime https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/install/linux then https://www.nuget.org/packages/git-credential-manager
