please.sh upgrade: use familiar messages in Release Notes
The way I reported upgrades earlier, when it was still a very manual
process, was to say 'Comes with <package> <version>.'
Let's do this also in the heavily scripted upgrade process.
(The two messages produced by the script were fixed manually in the
previous commit.)
