Git-bash response very slow in win11

Just found that if PC manager is installed in windows 11, then Git-bash response will become slow, even for input "ls", its response is slow.
Uninstall PC Manager, then Git-bash becomes fast again.

I have the same problem, too
It takes 2 minutes to respond when using the terminal command git --version
For other ides such as vscode/idea, git cannot be scanned
