Have you noticed that ctrl-r is lost if pressed while the bash prompt string is calculated?

Hi. In big repos bash prompt calculation can take one second or more and if you press ctrl-r (reverse-i-search) during this time then sometimes nothing happens as if the input was drained by some command in __git_ps1()?

This might be related to the issue that Ctrl+C cannot interrupt SSH clones anymore.

@basinilya would you mind downloading the install.zip artifact from that PR, unzip usr\bin\msys-2.0.dll from it, replace the corresponding file in your existing Git for Windows installation, and then test again whether Ctrl+C is lost?
