Support sub-folder testing #15
Description
For some exercises like push-over, we will need to grade based on a subfolder, not the current folder. This is an issue with mocking the repository.
Right now, we can initialize the repository in the sub folder for testing, but that involves writing the wiring for that manually. Would be nice if it was all within the same test_utils.py package
