Newer versions of macOS use zsh by default instead of bash #38

Making my way through this good book and found mention in manuscript/02-terminal-fundamentals.md that "Operating systems, like macOS, will drop you right into Bash." This is no longer true as newer versions of macOS have changed the default login shell to zsh.
