Description is duplicated

After switching to v.1.1.0 we are experiencing a description duplications (assuming #51 introduced the problem):

Thanks for reporting this in, so sorry that this is happening for you! Would you be able to share your PR template to help diagnose this? In the meantime, you can pin the action to v1.0.8 to work around the issue:

    steps:
      - uses: actions/checkout@v4
-     - uses: git-town/action@v1
+     - uses: git-town/action@v1.0.8

We are not using PR template, maybe that's the edge case :)

PS: Downgraded the action to v1.0.8 for now.

Sorry everyone for the wait! This has been fixed in v1.1.1. You should be able to revert back to the v1 major tag now. Thanks again for reporting this in!
