layouts/partials/site-root.html: remove Twitter logo

Remove Twitter from the list of companies that use Git. 

Twitter is now called "X", and this logo is outdated. As logo for
Facebook removed before with #1724 similar reason, Twitter logo
can be removed as well.

Closes: #1983
