Merge branch 'kn/blame-porcelain-unblamable'
"git blame --porcelain" mode now talks about unblamable lines and lines that are blamed to an ignored commit. * kn/blame-porcelain-unblamable: blame: print unblamable and ignored commits in porcelain mode
