Cannot use with terraform provider ~> 6.0

It seems that the syntax => 5.0 is not working anymore.

│ Error: failed to read dependency lock file: Invalid provider version constraints: The recorded version constraints for provider registry.opentofu.org/hashicorp/aws must be written in normalized form: "~> 5.0, ~> 5.77, ~> 6.0".

$ tofu --version
OpenTofu v1.10.2

We are not testing with tofu (yet). With terraform it works in CI and my case. Feel free if you can contribute to add tofu checks and see how we can get tofu working again. Constraints were changed in PR #4646

@greut would you be able to add support for OpenTofu to this module? Would be great if we can support both. Currently we only verify terraform.
