AI secret detection org wide notification configuration

We recently enabled AI-based secret detection across our 500+ repositories for the first time, which has resulted in a significant number of false positives, as expected. We anticipate that this will improve over time with feedback. However, these alerts are currently generating a high volume of email notifications to our developers, which is becoming overwhelming. Could we implement a configuration at the organization level to disable these email notifications for secrets detected by AI? We are already leveraging GitHub event logs to manage this information and prefer to avoid spamming our developers until the system is more refined and usable.
