False negative: Password in DB Connection String in json file was not detected

Hi,
I was wondering if a pattern for the following sample database connection string can be added so that secret scanning can detect it?

  "SomeDbConnectionString": "Server=server.something.io;Initial Catalog=mydatabase;Persist Security Info=False;User ID=admin;Password=123;MultipleActiveResultSets=False;Encrypt=False;TrustServerCertificate=True;Connection Timeout=30;"
}

Just for added information, I had the same connection string with real-world values in a json file but there was no secret scanning alert which I expected for the password.
