Scan agains defined secrets

I defined a secret in the GitHub secret store but my commit is still not blocked. Of course I can add the secret to the scanning policy too, but I would expect the scan uses the secrets by default because you can forget to manually add it.

We dont support scanning for secrets in the secret store, and its not planned for at this time.
