Consolidate ```gh copilot``` and ```copilot```

Too much friction when we have the older former version.

Problem statement : User wants to install the copilot CLI. Instead they get routed to gh copilot extension. Which is much weaker and not this version of awesome software. We should consolidate them

Proposed solution

The gh copilot extension is good for autocomplete sure in nvim and stuff, but as the CLI command itself its just works as a fancier man command with AI. The actual 'copilot' installed from @github/copilot is the ACTUAL agentic workflow everyone would need/want thats rivaling claude code and chatgpt codex. Please consolidate them so even the AIs themselves when u ask to install it would know that theres the 1 thats better (and then maybe keep those older feautures hidden somewhere) instead of having 2 seperate products. I almost gave up till i saw Satya nadella reposting something with the interface and was like wait what this exists. Sure it was released 1 week ago but still!

We could perhaps do a release of gh-copilot that informs users of the same thing, and where they can get copilot?

@williammartin thanks for the quick response, icl im excited to be using this cli version. i was like decently dissapointed when i saw the old gh copilot suggest and explain that refuses to do anything other than fancier man commands. the path of least resistance / simplest solution for the friction issue is adding a link/teaser/advertisement for github/copilot-cli under the gh copilot extension. you could get the PMs to consolidate them into one tool though seeing as the old one is out of date for now(or having it as an extra feature within this one?)

Funny enough i have been following the vscode product team on twitter @didntdrinkwater is my handle, and I have heard about a claude code / full CLI copilot that has codex + sonnet etc basically an all in one shovel shop CLI (this repo) being advertised as coming soon TM. I went to ask ChatGPT like yesterday since my CLI github access just got given to me at the company i work at (we had copilot before but the generic ones not the CLI) and when i asked chatgpt it was like yeah just do gh copilot install or whatever and obviously thats the old one. For that one you can just wait for SEO magic i guess. but the smoking gun for me (cuz i was still super interested in this product and knew for a fact it exists just not if its out yet) I go on X/twitter and saw Satya retweet something from Arsha some PM or something that literally had the github CLI UI and i was like yup thats it, asked chatgpt again with a screenshot and it led me to this repo. Last commit 2 hours ago i was like yup jackpot
