Enable prompting while copilot is busy #298

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve
Using Claude Code, it is possible to add prompts while it is working. It doesn't read them right away. It is also possible to edit them after submitting them. This is a big productivity win. With Copilot, I have to wait until it is done and then hit enter. If I'm doing something else, it may have been waiting for some time. It basically forces a rendevous point.
Proposed solution
Please implement "I'll read it when I can" style prompting with edit capabiliy.
