Please change up/down error to control navigation within a prompt

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

Up/down navigates between prompts. That means that I need use left/right navigation within a prompt. That's painful. I was expecting that up/down would navigate across lines within a prompt. I believe that behavior is more standard

Proposed solution

Up/down controls line navigation. It would be great if another key sequence handled prompt navigation.

Claude Code merges the the two navigation types. If you are on the first line and continue to press up, you end up with the previous prompt. This is an ok behavior, but not great. I always find this surprising and think that i've just lost my wonderfuly-crafted prompt.
