Current status of Windows support

The "Windows support is experimental" warning was removed in v0.0.340, but the README.md still lists Windows as experimental. Could you clarify the current status of Windows support?

Good callout! I removed "experimental" from the README. We're now offering support for Windows in the same "Public Preview" capacity as the rest of the Copilot CLI! :)
