Stuck in thinking

Describe the bug

After upgrading to version 0.0.348 it frequently gets stuck in Thinking..., restart of application is required as it is stuck forever otherwise.

Downgrading to 0.0.347 resolves the issue.

Uh oh, that doesn't sound good. Any more information you can provide that might help us reproduce?

Perhaps you could run some sessions with --log-level all on, get the id from /session slash command, and when you see this again you could grab the session file from ~/.copilot/session-state and the log file from ~/.copilot/logs? Thanks!

Seems like version 0.0.349 solves this issue (I can't reproduce it anymore after the update)
