Right-to-Left Text Support for Persian Input in CLI #592

Describe the bug
I want to type in Persian in the CLI, but Persian uses a right-to-left writing direction. When I include an English word in the middle of a Persian sentence, the text becomes very messy.
Please make a change so that if the first character typed in the CLI is Persian, the text will be displayed from right to left.
