Failing with Failed to list available models

Describe the bug

I am trying to use the CLI but when I ask it to run a command it fails saying that it cannot list any nodes.

This appears to be different from the more common error of no models available. My Org does have CLI enabled.

Also if I run /models then I get a full list of models and can switch between them, so I am not sure what it is having an issue with....

I have tried refreshing my gh login and that didn't help.

This appears to be because my organization uses zscaler to middleman traffic. How do I inject the zscaler certificate so that it is included in requests?

You will need to set an environment variable NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS which will direct to the zcaler certificate.
