The `--silent` flag is not working as intended

I see this: #628

The -s or --silent flag still output verbose information.

0.0.365 Commit: 76d0881

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Type copilot --model gpt-5-mini -p 'review last commit' -s
2. View the output

Expected behavior

I expected only the final message as the result.

@doggy8088 updated the -s argument to suppress all tool calls as well. Shipped in .366. Feel free to reopen if there is an issue still.
