Arrow keys do not page through slash commands while Thinking

Describe the bug

While Copilot is Thinking, I tried to examine available slash commands by typing / and using the arrow keys. It did not page through the options until thinking was complete. See video.

Ah yeah this is a good catch! I've got a fix out for this right now, and I'll report back when it's shipped next week 👍🏼
