Allow us to let copilot CLI auto approve all operation in prompt mode. #756

Proposed solution
I undertand why in prompt (interactive) mode (I know about the --allow-all-tools in single command mode but does not seem to work in interactive\prompt mode) sometimes some may find the need to press 1 to approve operations. However, frankly some of us have all our stuff backed up in source countrol that I want copilot just to run wild with code changes and trying stuff. AI (opus specially) is so good that I find that 99.999% of the time I approve the operation (press 1). This forces me to stay there looking at the darn output instead of doing some other productive stuff in a parralel path.
Please add a approve ALL commands automatically command in prompt, warn about the possible unwanted consequences if you want but add a feature for this.
