Fix missing quickstart nextsteps items and additional broken AUTOTITLE references

- Fixed webui section in quickstart.md to properly use reusable content from quickstart-nextsteps1.md and quickstart-nextsteps2.md
- This resolves the reviewer concern about missing 3 list items: 'Configure Copilot in your editor', 'Use Copilot like a pro', and 'Get familiar with next edit suggestions'
- The webui section now correctly displays all 6 expected items (3 from each reusable file)
- Fixed additional broken AUTOTITLE references in reusables and other content files
- Updated prompt-engineering-for-github-copilot paths to prompt-engineering-for-copilot-chat across remaining files
