Complete fix for missing quickstart items - now shows all 8 expected items

- Added the 2 missing items that @Sharra-writes mentioned:
  * 'Use Copilot like a pro'
  * 'Get familiar with next edit suggestions'
- Now matches the pattern used in VS Code section
- Total items: 3 (nextsteps1) + 2 (explicit) + 3 (nextsteps2) = 8 items
- Addresses reviewer feedback completely
