Remove versioned files from PR scope

- Revert copilot/quickstart.md to main (versioning complexity)
- Revert copilot-chat/asking-github-copilot-questions-in-your-ide.md to main (versioning issues)
- Revert data/reusables/copilot/quickstart-nextsteps1.md to main (affects multiple files)
- Remove cleanup artifacts

PR now focuses on 5 simple AUTOTITLE fixes as requested by maintainer.
