All bullet lists: Add a full stop (.) to the end of each item where missing, to help text-to-speech systems detect the end of the sentence.

@mk-pmb I'm trying to track down our policy on periods at the ends of bullet points - I think it changed around the time I started, so I'm not clear on it, either. I will let you know what I learn.
