ado2gh migration return false positive data

Description

While running a repository migration using the ado2gh tool, the GitHub API/log output reported a migration failure.
However, after manual verification in GitHub, the repository was found to be fully migrated and complete, indicating a false positive failure.

Hypothesis / Possible Cause

The issue may be related to the status polling mechanism, which currently checks the migration status every 60 seconds.
A shorter interval (e.g., 30 seconds) could prevent race conditions where the migration status changes between polling cycles, potentially avoiding the false failure signal.

Evidence

For security reasons, I will not attach GitHub screenshots showing the migrated repository, but I can confirm that the repository is fully present and complete on the destination.
