Describe the solution you'd like
Having a configuration option to validate the branch name in PR.
For example;
# Check PR branch name for Rally story/defect (true | false)
checkPRBranchName: true
If the branch name contains a Rally story/defect validation is successful.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We are currently also checking PR title and PR body, however majority of NAB devs use Stories/Defects as branch names.
Additional context
I can create a PR for this, if required.
