Starting from scratch each time makes me worry about missing something. Can we create incremental requirements first and then insert them?
What really gets me is when a change is obviously quick and simple, but I'm forced to create a whole new feature branch. It's a pain! You have to inherit all the previous requirements, and if there's any overlap, the spec files from multiple branches just end up in a mess, with no proper way to consolidate them.
I strongly believe that documents get better the more you refine them. If we just keep starting from scratch without ever merging things together, what was even the point of all those past feature branches?
