Proposal: leverage datacontract toolset for data contract spec generation

I love that spec-kit prioritizes data contracts but the implementation seems a bit inflexible. With the understanding that the repo maintainers want to minimize reliance on external code/tools, I'd suggest utilizing tools from the datacontract organization for added functionality. it seems like this might be worth implementing especially as the project moves towards a more configurable setup for how many additional use cases it will help enable for people.
