Can you explain the workflow for updating CONSTITUTION.md?

Right on top of CONSTITUTION.md it reads:

# Constitution Update Checklist

When amending the constitution (`/memory/constitution.md`), ensure all dependent documents are updated to maintain consistency.

It's unclear to me (and I wasn't able to find any references or indications either in the docs or by searching online) how this process should be executed. Is this file meant for internal use by spec-kit?

Thank you @yskkin . My takeout is that I should run run constitution_update_checklist.md after changing the constitution. Thanks again!
