Create Use State for the function components in App.js

This issue should create useState function components for the following:

1. Password
2. Password Length
3. Include Upper Case
4. Include Lower Case
5. Include Numbers
6. Include Symbols

Hey @warrenferns , thanks for assigning this issue to me, but while cloning the project i saw there was no app.js file in the project. What do i do for this, should i create a new file named as app.js?
