I edited the workflow, and in a separate commit renamed my configuration file. The commit that renamed my configuration file made my solution technically correct, but the exercise didn't trigger grading because there wasn't a change to the workflow. Here's the commit history.

@hectorsector when taking that course of action, do you know what webhook event is triggered when we simply rename a file? We just need to add that as a trigger to the grading workflow and we will be all set 😄
