Describe the problem/friction you are trying to solve

Some of the language in this course (and potentially others) is confusing for new learners/GitHub users. For example:

• We assume a learner will know to click the hyperlink text in an issue comment to go to the next pull request.
• We assume a learner knows what a pull request is and how it is created.

Describe your ideal solution

Let's do a pass of this course to look for places we could be more explicit.

Describe alternatives you have considered

Let's also make sure we are explicit about pre-requisites. If we aren't explaining a topic because we anticipate the user has already encountered it in another course, we should say so!

Thank you Cynthia. I guess this conversation is an example of the back and forth that occurs regarding real project Github issues. I also see that I cannot access the "Originally reported in this halp thread" hyperlink as I get Access Denied.
