Add GitKraken Insights images and update image sources in insights.md

This commit adds new images for GitKraken Insights and updates the image sources in the insights.md file to use the new images. The new images include gkc-insights-tab.png, gkc-insights-connect.png, and gkc-insights-metrics.png. The image sources in the insights.md file have been updated to use these new images.
