Make graph view work with "Floating efitor windows"

Would be great to update graph view to support "Floating editor windows"

This feature needs to be enabled by VS Code. Thankfully the first version of this support landed in the latest VS Code Insiders build, so it should hopefully be coming to stable in the next release.

Currently there are some bugs where the Graph won't update (it just spins) when you first drag the tab into its own window, but we are looking into that. Though if you press the refresh button in the top toolbar it all works after that.

vscode updated some time ago so that most webviews already work in floating windows. Such is the case.
