Add a Create Branch split-button to the Graph

Add a Create Branch split-dropdown button to the right side of the Graph header (to the left of the Launchpad button)

The main action should open the “create branch” git “command” (from the git command palette), and the dropdown should have a create worktree choice that should open the “create worktree” git “command”
