Graph: consolidate usage of codicon and glicons #3566
Description
Currently, the Commit Graph uses codicons.scss, glicons.scss and the code-icon web component. The filesize of icon-font CSS is very large and cannot be optimized well. By moving to exclusively to the web component, the overall stylesheet size should shrink significantly.
