After committing changes to a repository in the SCM view, the Home view still shows that there are changes to be committed until manually refreshed.

During my commit workflow, I clicked the “commit” button from Home which takes me to the SCM view to commit.

1. After committing and returning to Home, the branch card still shows a “commit” button. Not only is there nothing to commit, this should be displaying the “push” or “publish” buttons.
