After making changes to a repository, the Home View doesn't reflect that there are working directory changes to commit. #3949

  1. after making file changes, GL Home didn’t update to show that there were changes to commit, even after refreshing home.
  2. VSC Source Control shows there are changes to commit.

This was on a machine that had a fresh install of VS Code, and a new install of GitLens on Jan 19, 2025.
