Add cloud integration connections to global telemetry

Now that we have a refined model for connected cloud integrations, we should send this with global telemetry so we can monitor integration connections/usage.

Tabling this for now because this is already in our global telemetry, but with a note that we may want to include, on feature telemetry like Launchpad and Start Work, specifically which integrations are connected when using them.
