Adds support to specify model temperature

Add a gitlens.ai.modelOptions.temperature setting to specify the temperature (randomness) for AI models that support it

Hard to verify since it controls the randomness of the models, but can try setting it to the extremes 0 and 2 -- and the output should be far less creative at 0 compared to 2
