Bitbucket Cloud: Add Home PR/Issue Support

Add support for seeing associated Bitbucket PRs/issues for branches/commits in Home view,

• autolinks on commits issues and pull requests
• you can see associated issues and prs on Home:
  • pull requests
  • autolinks to PRs and issues of a branch (autodone by the previous PR)
  • you can see associated issues and prs on commit graph
