Generate Commit Message Error - Anthropic

Description

The AI commit message generator stopped working for me in version 16.3.0. I get this error: Unable to generate commit message: (Anthropic) 400: messages: at least one message is required). This is my configuration in settings:

"gitlens.ai.model": "anthropic:claude-3-5-sonnet-latest", "gitlens.ai.generateCommitMessage.customInstructions": "My instructions..."

I tried resetting the AI keys and recreating the config both with the original and a new API key.

The feature works if I roll back Gitlens to v16.2.2.
