Thanks for bringing this up, but this is an issue with GitKraken Desktop.

In GitKraken Desktop settings, please select the editor's executable /usr/local/bin/cursor instead of the .app or you can just enter it into the text field. Also, make sure to run Shell Command: Install 'cursor' command from the Command Palette.
