Load more not working on incoming changes in Commits/Repositories views

Description

I'm using gitlense in VSCode to review incoming changes. I call git fetch on the command line and see that gitlense refreshes the list of incoming changes. The number of changes seems limited. I click on Show more and nothing happens.
Can I set how man incoming changes are shown?

You can switch to the pre-release edition of GitLens, by clicking on the "Switch to Pre-Release version of this extension" from the Extensions view.
