Attemping to delete the current worktree from Home fails if the default worktree is already open

Clicking on the below button, fails if there already is an open VS Code window with the default worktree

The VS Code window will be shown, but nothing will happen.

@eamodio To be clear, is the issue here that the "delete worktree" flow just fails to happen before the default worktree is opened in its existing window?

Also, do you get a "Unable to resolve link" notification of any sort in the window (or in your logs?)

I haven't checked the logs. I'll have to do that. But the issue is the delete never happens at all.

With `"window.openFoldersInNewWindow": "off" it works as expected.

When "window.openFoldersInNewWindow": "on", the following happens:

1. We have:

• main branch window on the background
• current branch in the worktree window is active

2. In the current branch worktree window on Home->branch click "delete the worktree", in the popup click "Continue"
   
3. Then the following happens:

• the main branch gets open in the current window. So we have 2 windows with the main branch.
• the background window shows the quickpick with confirmation, so the user need to confirm the actin in the background window.

4. Until user confirms in the quickpick in the background window the worktree is not deleted.

BTW:
When I'm in a branch worktree.

I can open main worktree from the "Worktrees" section

But it there isn't such option in the "Branches" section
