Add separate provider option for Azure AI models

Description

Add support for connecting to Azure AI models.

• Add a new entry in the AI provider list for Azure
• Move Azure URL support functionality from OpenAI compatible option to new Azure AI option

In the future, we will follow this pattern when adding support for Bedrock and Vertex

I confirm that the options were moved in menus.
However, I cannot verify that Azure AI works, because it's not accessible on my Azure account in GK:
